Happy New Year!

Happy New Years from Punzal Vision!

Of course, we have to start off the New Year with our New Year's Resolutions.

Dr. Punzal - I feel that I am most successful when I maintain a consistent schedule. I hope to wake up, train, eat, and sleep at the same time every day.

Brity - My new year’s resolution is to embrace eating, sleeping, and exercise habits that promote a long and healthy life.

Pua - My new year’s resolution is to write in my journal at least 2-3 times a week. Writing has always been an outlet for me, but it is not something for which I have made time. With the busy hustle and bustle of life, I want to set this time aside for myself to vent, to document the good and bad, to remember special things, and possibly to reignite the love I have for writing again. As a busy working mama, I think this will help me to be a better wife, daughter, mother, sister, and friend.

Tianne - I have a few this year. 1) to do more random acts of kindness. 2) to make physical fitness a part of my daily routine. 3) drink more water. 4) eat healthier (I say that every year).

Lehua - To STOP making excuses, whether it be in health, work, or simply just day to day activities.  Many resolutions were never met solely based on the fact that I just kept making excuses for not following through.  This year, I will try my best not to blame my alarm for not going off and making me miss my workout, or I won’t blame my kids’ load of homework or activities for not being able to spend quality time with my family. This year is all about “getting ‘er done” PERIOD! “Don’t be upset about the results you got from the work you didn’t do.”  -unknown

Karl - My new year's resolution is to do as many DIY projects on my new home...and lose 10lbs or gain 10lbs of muscle.

Casey -  My New Year Resolution for 2021 is to read more books. We have been listening to books in our Punzal Vision book club and it has inspired me to expand my literary knowledge to include classics I never got around to reading. Since we haven't been able to travel as much due to COVID-19 I want to travel in the world of books.

Kahe - My New Year's resolution is to save money.

Brittney - I resolute myself to always love myself first, and love others the way they need to be loved. Continue to be a better person for my family and people around me. Continue to try new things. Despite COVID19, I hope to travel more and still travel abroad. Learn different sports, participate in different activities and pick up as many hobbies as possible. Strive to be the best in everything I do. Happy new year from me to you!

Kjandra - Volunteer more, budget my money, and have a healthier mindset!
