Smoothie Recipe for Eye Health

We know that food can be used to influence our overall health, and even increase the health and function of our eyes. However, did you know that keeping your eyes healthy can be as fun as making a smoothie!? Here is one of our favorite smoothie recipes that is packed with nutrients to keep your eyes healthy!

You will need the following ingredients to make this smoothie:

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 Cup of Carrot Juice
  • 1 to 2 Ice Cubes

Simply place all of these ingredients in a blender, making sure to start with the liquid and ice cubes, and blend to your desired smoothness!
